The RBF Meetup was originally set up in July 2008 by CatherineB. CatherineB returned back to France in December 2009 where she will continue to assist the RBF Team from Paris.
This Meetup is tailored to individuals who are interested in speaking French and would like to meet with other Francophones and Francophiles in the Berkshire area.
We meet in pubs, restaurants, organise cine events, book swaps, french conversation workshops and role play evenings in Reading.
The RBF team is committed to building up a strong pool of members who are keen and self-motivated to attend to events and perhaps host events themselves.
The joining fee is £3.00 per semester payable at attendance to the 3rd event. The joining fee helps to cover for the running expenses of this website which are directly paid by the organiser to Meet Up.
Please note that we are not a language school and that none of the organisers have teaching qualifications. We are all volunteers and we do this for fun.
